Skin fasting is the practice of minimising or eliminating the various number/amount of products and treatments you use on your face for a particular period of time. This helps the skin to rest and reinitialise.
How to do Skin Fasting?
The process can be simply to stop using your favourite moisturizer to a heavy duty skin care regime.
It is preferred to begin skin fasting at night.
Wash your face thoroughly and sleep without applying any skin care products.
The next morning, wash your face gently with lukewarm water.
Skin Fasting should be continued as per it's effect on individual skin.
